2YK3080 Vibrating Screen

The 2YK3080 Vibrating Screen is a high-efficiency industrial sieve designed for mining, aggregates, and chemical industries. With a 3000×8000mm double-deck screen, it processes more than 400 tons of material per hour. Driven by two 37kw motors, its circular vibration mechanism—via a block eccentric exciter—creates parabolic motion to reduce clogging. Built with durable manganese steel or polyurethane mesh, it features a modular design for easy maintenance. Ideal for grading ores, gravel, and industrial raw materials, it’s energy-efficient, eco-friendly with optional dust-proof sealing, and widely used in large-scale production lines.
